Anupama Wellness is a UK-based holistic health and wellness practice founded by Anupama Monga, a passionate wellness practitioner, educator, and researcher with Indian roots and a deep reverence for traditional healing systems.
With a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry and professional experience at leading pharmaceutical firms such as SmithKline Beecham (now GlaxoSmithKline), Anupama was instrumental in the early launch of Hepatitis A and Varicella Zoster vaccines in India. Her scientific background inspired her lifelong inquiry into the connection between Vedic healing wisdom and modern scientific approaches.
After moving to the UK, Anupama spent over a decade in senior leadership roles in education, including successful headship in two schools. These experiences shaped her vision and commitment to supporting holistic transformation in others. She later formally trained in Ayurveda, natural healing therapies, and yogic science, building a bridge between Eastern healing wisdom and Western wellbeing practices.
